Learning healthy ways to express yourself can also help your love life. For example, when you become frustrated, angry or disappointed make sure that you stay calm, loving and kind. And if you feel as though you can’t then leave the room or house until you can discuss matters in a respectful manner.
Additionally, appreciation for your partner’s good qualities shows gratitude for the life you share together. After all, everyone wants to feel appreciated and loved for who they are and this will go a long way to preserve love in the relationship.
Finally, take responsibility for your feelings, nobody can ‘make’ you feel unhappy, worthless, stupid, angry or anything else. Don’t blame them for how you feel.
